Do I have to register to get the 1-year warranty?

No. Every product has the 1-year standard warranty. Registering extends it to 3 years in total.

I bought it on Amazon. Does it count?

Yes. Products sold by AltitudeCraft on Amazon and on altitudecraft.com are covered. Use your Amazon order number.

It was a gift. Can I register it?

Yes. Use the order number from the person who bought it and tick "This was a gift".

Do I need to upload a receipt?

No. Your order number is enough. Keep your confirmation email with your receipt.

How do I make a claim?
